Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once it's on the way.

How long does delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days. International shipping may vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we offer international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your region.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long the item is unworn, unwashed and in it's original condition.

 Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping is not currently covered unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Sizing & Fit

How do the garments fit?
All garments are unisex with a relaxed fit. For an oversized look, consider sizing up. 
Size charts are available on each product page.

Can I try before I buy?
We currently operate online only, but fit photos and try-ons are regularly posted on our social media.

Payments & Checkout

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and secure bank transfers for local orders.

Can I pay in person?
Yes - if arranged, local orders can be paid via bank  transfer and handed off directly. These will be added to our system for transparency.

Other

Will you restock sold-out items?
Each release is limited. Once sold out, restocks aren't guaranteed - join the mailing list list for early access and drop alerts.
